Getting Set Up with Talk Voice 4LV+

I'm setting up a client medical transcription business (San Antonio, Texas, USA) and I've hit a snag. The modem is a Talk Voice 4LV+ from CallURL. I tried installing it on a Windows 2000 Pro machine, but it didn't see it. Finally got modem seen and driver installed on Windows 98 box. (At least System Manager lists an "ADmore Plus Voice Telephony Card" that wasn't there before!) The documentation from the manufacturer is a little sketchy on how to proceed. Don't have much of a telephony background, so am looking for information on setting up this modem in the USA. Anyone have any experience to share? Thanks!

Once I found the step-by-step instructions on the site for Windows XP, I abandonded Windows 98 and installed XP. It installed smoothly and runs well.
