sonurpals Posted November 17, 2006 Share Posted November 17, 2006 I am trying to make the on hold IMS player to work when calls are placed in the system but it doesnt work... i am trying to call a group which contains 2 numbers and has an anwering file (which works fine) and should then link to IMS On-Hold Player... when i call the group i get nothing from the IMS but the phones ring. when i call the ims directly it works so i was hoping that this is an easy procedure :-) any suggestions Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
