IMS "Stutter"

Problem symptoms:

 

If a client is put on hold or is put in a "queue" the music & announcments start to "stutter" after about 20 seconds, after about 50 seconds the "stutter" is so pronounced that the music & announcments stop all together.

 

All other parts of your software work OK

How do I resolve this?
