Connected, but no picture

I am using an ADS Tech Instant TV Cardbus to interface with a wireless camera, using the TV tuner card's composit input. Informant recognises the card's drivers (713x BDA Analog Capture). By clicking on Device Settings under Properties, it shows that a signal is present if the camera is on, and shows the number of lines detected. Those values return to zero if I power the camera off. So, I know it's detecting the camera. However, Informant will not show me a picture or record. Any idea why?

HI, On Eyeline click on options, then go on to camera tab and click on camera properties, on this tab make sure there is a value on framerate field e.g. 30.00. I had similar problem and this setting did the trick for me.
