sound tap just doesny work!!!!!!

when i start sound tap (having made sure that all other .... incl. internet explorer) and then open an internet radio station.... as its mentioned in the "help topics" that te programme should start streaming the radio station (for taht matter any sound source!)......... but this sadly doesnot happen....... i amean the blue window just says that its turned on..... thats all..........!!!!!!!!!!! whats the matter.... does it work at all?????
