EDaviesCPA Posted March 1, 2005 Share Posted March 1, 2005 I noticed what I believe to be a huge injustice in the on-line docs re 3Com/USRobotics TAPI compliant modems. This comment is the entire and only reference for this company's products: "US Robotics. These modems are unpredictable. A driver update is available on the USR website." I am currently using a 3Com/U.S. Robotics "56K Voice Faxmodem Pro" model 0525. It has worked flawlessly since installation for use with NCH's software about two years ago, after replacing the 3rd modem I tried without success that was represented by either the OEM or NCH as suitable. I am not aware of any "true" update drives available from USR for 2000 or XP; if it is not broken... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
