Doesn't play anything on other computer

I tested out your software on my pc before purchasing it and found that it met all of my needs. I then purchased it and installed the licensed version on another computer of mine that will be playing the music. The computer has audio jacks and IMS detects the sound driver "Microsoft RDP Audio driver" (this is correct, according to DirectX Diagnostic Tool).

 

However, when IMS starts up it doesn't play anything (no music is listed next to the note in the bottom left corner). When I try to play a track individually it doesn't play it either (no sound, the timer at the bottom right doesn't increase, the music graphic doesn't scroll).

 

I have no idea what I am doing wrong, please help me.

Well, I have managed to get it to work, but the sound is VERY quiet. Any suggestions for raising the volume? (I've already raised it as high as it goes in my windows mixer and in IMS)
