solved Audio tracks silent

I need help with the Videopad software. I cannot hear audio track 1 and 3, even though they aren't muted. They are also a darker green than audio track 2, which I can hear.

What version of Videopad is being used?  Try this one.  Ignore any virus messages.  It's clean.

For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date.  After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest.  Retain your old install file and registration info.

Downloading this version did not help.

I already run version 8.63. My version is currently unlicensed, as I wanted to try out the software first. I edited for over three hours, only to find, when I finished, that suddenly audio track 1 and 3 just wouldn't play any sound. Audio track 2, which is linked to my webcam footage, does still play. Audio track one is linked to the gameplay audio, and audio track three is for background music, from royalty free sites.

Let's take a look.  Issues are usually solved quickly.  Upload and share your project (not the export)).  It's easy, and can be private.  Just follow these steps...

1. With your completed project on the timeline, click the 3-lined 'hamburger' menu, top-left.  Click FILE | BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER.  Specify a folder.  Click SELECT FOLDER.
2.  Using the PC file manager, locate the saved folder and upload it to a free server - Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.*  (Don't upload the export or just the VPJ file.)
3.  Get a shared, public link. If using Google Drive click SHARE. Click the blue "Change to anyone with the link."  Then click on COPY LINK.
4.  Paste that link here, or click the folder, above top-right in this forum, and message it to me.  This is private and won't be shared.
*    Before uploading, right-click the folder, click PROPERTIES.  Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server.

Track two has SOLO enabled.  Right-click to the left of the track and uncheck that option, or click the solo button.
