Cooper is not getting Synchronized with Inventoria

Hi Team,

We followed all the instructions from the video like we already put the IP address, Authentication code, Port . After this, update was successful. Even we selected the main warehouse but when we put the item code in cooper which is already added to inventoria, it shows the error saying "No item with the code "XYZ" could not be found in the item list. We have two systems in two different locations. Its working perfectly on window 7 but not on window 10. 

Your help will be highly appreciated. We've been struggling with this since last 5 months...
