Resolve Missing files when they're not missing

Hi Guys,

I need some help please.

I went to load my project after spending days on the first draft.

When I loaded it this morning the files were claimed to be missing. The media files are still in the same place & also attached to my phone which is connected.

Video pad prompts me to 'resolve missing files' that are still on my computer & browse & locate them individually. 

I don't have the energy to go through & re click 140 media files. Is there any way of fixing this?

When a project is saved, the VPJ file contains pointers to the source files.  Apparently something changed, as VP can no longer find them.

You might COPY the VPJ to the same folder as the source files.  Or copy the files to the VPJ folder.  That succeeded in a simple case here, where a file had been deleted.

Once resolved, SAVE PROJECT FILE AS, giving it a unique # or name, so as to not overwrite a prior save that might one day be needed.
