Best codec for 1080p high frame rate when using Debut to capture Logictech C922

Hi,

I'm trying to record a C922 webcam at 30fps though can only get 26-28. I keep on getting the warning message of:

Recording at a resolutions larger than 720p when using Mp4 etc may result in lower frame rate.

What's the best codec to use to record 1080p please? I've looked in the help / manual but can't find it.
