Peter Macey
I started using the trial to burn my own CDs onto my laptop and all was working fine but then when I registered and paid for the service each time I load a CD the system comes up with a different title and different tracks by name which I do not reconginse. When I try playing tracks they are correct but the titles are not. I am in the processs of setting up an online radaio programme so require a bunrer that is relaible giving me the correct titles, so unless this can be resolved I will be cancelling it. DannR
NCH Software offers a no-nonsense 30-day money back policy. If you are unhappy with your software for any reason within 30 days from purchase. Let's try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the ExpressBurn folders: C:\ProgramData\NCH Software C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\ExpressBurn If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files. After deleting the ExpressBurn folder, restart your computer then install it again from the next link https://www.nch.com.au/burn/index.html That should do it. Please try it again after that and see if that fixes the issue.
