Details are...File format: .avi. resolution: 1024x576- TV wide. Frame rate: constant 15fps. borate Posted May 3, 2020 Share Posted May 3, 2020 What version of VP is being used? Upgrade to the latest. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If that doesn't solve the problem, please post again. We will want to see your PORTABLE project, just as you do. Sharing is the best way to track down issues. borate Posted May 3, 2020 Share Posted May 3, 2020 When it loads the version # will be listed. After it loads the # is shown at the left-bottom of the window. If it is not Windows version 8.35, please upgrade. It won't cost anything. If your son has programmed a reversed video into his project, then that could be the cause of the freeze.
