I haven't received any emails after purchasing Debut, so when it asks for my code I don't have one so cannot use the product. I filled in a tech support form but didn't get an email confirming that they had received it. I definitely put in the correct email address but I can't use this product and I'm not sure how to get in contact any other way.  Help!!
