elk Posted April 16, 2020 Share Posted April 16, 2020 Do you get that rectangle while recording or when you playback the video in the Recordings window? What format, resolution and frame rate are you using? Do you get the same problem when using other formats? Make sure that you are not applying any video effects: click Tools > Color and Video Effects > this will open a window in the right hand side > Reset defaults. anticorona Posted April 17, 2020 Author Share Posted April 17, 2020 Yea got it! Thousand thanks to elk as I follow your advice uninstall the v6.14, restart pc and install the previous version. The blue square is gone. I guess it may be I previously using trial version so after purchase online I upgraded without uninstall the previous one. Problem solved!
