For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. malenurseus1 Posted April 15, 2020 Share Posted April 15, 2020 Borate, The version of my VideoPad is 8.27 on my Mac where I use my registered version of the software. I am responding to you on my windows desktop where I use the free version of the same software. I have gotten audio on a couple of videos, on my iMac Pro laptop that seem to have lost it on my free version. I can't seem to find the version of VideoPad on my windows computer. I wait for your reply. Also I try to send this with my email address as the one I am signed in with to VP (kfellers1@outlook.com) but it tells me that it is in use by another member. any solutions?
