Classic12
Hi Guys, looking to setup a virtual PBX system. What we need to achieve ( along with a longer list of enhancements ) are the following. 1. Convert an existing landline to an Ip phone. ( we can do this with an ATA box). 2. Divert this number to the PBX. How is this achieved ?. Do we buy a number and assign it to the PBX. ? 3. Assign other Ip phones / web phone as extensions. Once we have the basic PBX set up is it possible to configure as follows: Black list ( all calls are dropped ) Unknown numbers goto the auto attendant ( where we can the either divert to voice mail or we can forward to sip/ mobile/ landlines ) White list. Any phone numbers in this list bypass the auto attendant and got straight the original land line. eg. Land line number is 01613331234 ( converted to IP phone so is an extension 300 ). diverted permanently to our PBX number (0330xxxx) If the incoming call is in the white list it is forwarded to ext 300. The white list section is the important area as we have been working with another virtual PBX company but this step was not achievable on their system. Finally we need to create a simple web/mobile client that has access to the call logs / voice mails etc. Also allow the client to add to white / black list. ( I'm presuming the data is stored in a database on the PC ? ) Any help appreciated.
