srosensan@gmail.com
I have just installed the professional version of debut software, and it is unable to see my built in webcam. The webcam works in Microsoft camera app. Debut tells me that the video/sound source is unplugged, and that it is unable to connect with the device. elk
I would recommend you to uninstall/disable any other software that may have been using the camera (e.g. the software that comes with the camera) since it may cause a conflict between that program and Debut. You may also want to go to Options > Video tab and check under WebCam and also under Capture Device (some webcams may be recognized as capture devices and vice versa) and confirm if the WebCam shows up there
srosensan@gmail.com
Thanks for your reply. This is the camera that is built into this windows 10 PC. The camera works with the built in camera app, but doesn't work with zoom or with Debut. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling them with no success. rickyjbatchelor@yahoo.com
srpsemsam....I have the EXACT situation with my Windows 10 laptop. The camera works everywhere else, but not with ZOOM or with DEBUT. I uninstalled SKYPE, thinking it had possession of my webcam, but it did not help. I tried to reach out to SUPPORT, but am unable to connect with them with any assistance.
Jlde
Any update here, NCH? Debut is giving my Dazzle DVC100 devise the same message. This is mission critical for my company. Please let us know what we can do to get this resolved.
