Arlene
When I create a new invoice, I do not want the account balance to appear underneath the new invoice amount. It seems to be there by default. Is there a way to either hide or turn off the account balance owing?
DannR
The option that you can use to manage the information of the invoice, you can get it from Options/Invoice There you would have several options to chck about what you would like to show on your invoice, that would be the only option. Arlene
Dann - Thanks for your quick reply. I have been over those options several times, and I can still not find anywhere to turn it off. Under Options / Invoice / Text I see Balance Title at the bottom of the Invoice Text box. I have left the Text in the second column blank, hoping that it would not appear on the invoice, but it still does. And other than that, I do not see anywhere in the Invoice Options that I would be able to prevent the balance from appearing on the invoice. If you could point me to an exact screen, maybe I could find it. I could be missing something somewhere, but I just don't know where to find it. I appreciate your help. I have two screenshots of my settings, but I'm not sure I can attach them.
DannR
In this case would be better if you send the information to the Technical Team, so they can check the situation, provide the backup data,, you can send the information here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=ExpressInvoice
