Coltrain
I am new and am doing my first project. Unfortunately when I place stairs or furniture on a particular story, I am unable to as it defaults to a different story. Any ideas as to why
elk
I have tested but I have been unable to reproduce the issue you are reporting. I was able to add electronics, furniture, stairs, etc; in the story I wanted. I would recommend you to watch the following video tutorial to learn how to use the program: https://www.nchsoftware.com/design/tutorial.html In case you encountered any issues, you can submit a support ticket using this link: https://www.nch.com.au/support/
Coltrain
Thanks for the response, much appreciated. But I think there is a bug in the programme. The following is why I say so. I place some furniture on a basement story and it works fine. I then try others and instead of it being placed in the basement, it appears on the ground floor. The same thing happens with stairs. I have a set of stairs on basement and ground floor, however I only want on 2 sets of stairs on basement level Also, when I then move to the ground floor and want to start my ground floor, I can only see part of the basement in the 2D view. When I was trialling the software I couldn't add a basement, but I worked with ground level and first floor. No issues arose. Do I need to reload the software and use my Registration code on the new download. Could that be an option
