It appears with the newest version installed (7.25), if I add a line to the invoice with the Item column empty and only having a description, the invoice preview shows Tax column as blank. Only when I add something in the Item column, the tax text shows. I was hoping to add something to the invoice, without the Item being inventoried. elk Posted January 21, 2020 Share Posted January 21, 2020 I tested it and I got the problem you are reporting, in this case, I would recommend you to submit a support ticket to the tech support team so that issue can be reported to the software developers for further testing.
