How to record Powerpoint presentation and presenter audio

I want to use Debut to capture the computer screen and audio narration of a live Powerpoint presentation. The presentation is about 50 static slides and lasts about 75 minutes.

What Debut settings and options would be best to minimize the size of the resulting recording without degrading the slide quality too much? I'm thinking of using the lowest possible frame (10 FPS) for screen capture.  I am not capturing any webcam video.
