Select flac as the Ouput Format, click on Options, and change the bit depth to 24 bits under Encoder: I paid to upgrade SWITCH to Version 7.45 and I found these selections exactly the same. However, I converted the existing audio files (being convert by SWITCH Version 5.2) from 16 bites/ 44Khz to 24 bites/ 192 KHz but failed. The output files remained the same as 16bites files.
