Picture of my interface Please see the picture I have uploaded - the Start Recording and pause buttons are greyed out as is the ability to also record from microphone. Advice and suggestions please? GusMcC Posted November 29, 2019 Author Share Posted November 29, 2019 Okay folks - have resolved it by googling a solution offered years ago for a previous version. For some reason, I had to uninstall and reinstall to get the permissions to validate and for the virtual sound driver to install properly.
