Chris75 Posted November 26, 2019 Share Posted November 26, 2019 Hello Parrish Smith, to retrieve the bank transactions you need to have the Routing Number, Account Number, User ID and Password. If you are entering this information and you are getting an error, you may want to contact the NCH Software support team for further assistance.
