Woxbox Posted October 30, 2019 Share Posted October 30, 2019 This has been happening for awhile but it's getting worse. For no apparent reason, Mixpad will lock up while playing or recording. Once it does, it won't do anything. Nothing short of closing it down and restarting the computer will fix it. And even then, it sometimes takes a couple of restarts before I can get it running again. This happens even when I make sure there are no other apps running in the background. I've got Windows 10 running on a Dell with tons of extra memory. Fred28 Posted October 30, 2019 Share Posted October 30, 2019 Hello, In your case I will try reinstalling the program to see if maybe the issue was caused by a corrupted installation file, if that clears the issue great but if it does not I will recommend you contact NCH tech support to see if they have anything else you can try.
