Mirza5 Posted August 27, 2019 Share Posted August 27, 2019 Hello there. I used the videopad software a lot and i really like it. But, after some time of using it, the preview started to be broken. Everytime i start the preview, at some time it returns me, either to the start or a random point behind the point where it stopped. Thanks for answering. c_major Posted August 28, 2019 Share Posted August 28, 2019 @Mirza5 Which version of VideoPad are you using? Also please try clean up the cache see if it fixes the issue. You can clean up the cache by start VideoPad without loading any file, and then select: Options->Disk->Clear Unused Cache Files. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
