Incremental backup create new folder

Incremental backup seems to create a new folder just for the files backed up in that "increment", leaving the original file in the original folder from the first ever full backup.  Is there a way to have it just replace the original and not create a new folder.....Seems like if I need a file I'll have to go through every daily incremental folder to find the "last" version backed up.

Unfortunately there is not option to change this. The program is going to create a new backup, what you can do is select the file that you would like to add in this backup to keep and upgrade version of the working file.
