How to delete the backed up Data from Express Accounts Software to make it work more smoother, My Software is taking so much time to load & enter new invoices.

My software is getting very slow. I'm having hard time to enter new invoices and to switch between Accounts Payable & Invoices.

I have taken the backup of my data. I want to clear some data in software so that software does not have to read & load everything whenever I open it.

I'm facing this issue usually when I'm switching between Invoices & while I'm trying to enter accounts payable. If anyone has a better solution than deleting the old (Backed Up) Data. Please feel free to email me on ma.ali3134@gmail.com. It would be a great help.
