Waves Audio's Debreath VST plugin in WavePad

Has anyone had any luck loading the "Debreath" VST plugin from Waves Audio into WavePad? I add the path where the plugin is located, but WavePad says that there are no VST plugins available in that directory. If you have been able to get this working, please list the steps that you used. (I'm guessing that this might be an issue with any of the VSTs from Waves Audio, but I only have the one. If you've managed to get any of their other plugins to work, that would likely be helpful as well.)
