borate
You have included only :02 in the second link, :18 in the first. Still, to my eye, a comparison of closely matching frames in MPC-HC reveals little difference.
marco105
Thank you for your answer, maybe is not obvious but the fact is when you import a video already compress you don't have fidelity in color ;
borate
Not seeing that here. Downloaded your original file and captured the last frame as a still. Did the same with the VP export of the file as an mp4. No difference.
marco105
In your example no visible diffrence but on my computer if load video file already compress and tweak it and recompress it (e.g. in avi) a difference in brigthness on the black part appear, do you know WHY ? borate
Tested two Videopad exports, the first as losslesss and the other reencoded... Downloaded your original (first), played it in the MPC-HC viewer and grabbed a still. 1920 x 1080. Imported the original into VP and exported it as an avi with default encodings. 1920 x 1080, 60 fps. Played the result in the viewer and grabbed the same still frame. 1920 x 1080. Compared all. In each case, to my eyes, there was no discernible difference in hue, saturation or black level between the originals and the VP exports.
