Darline R. Root Posted June 12, 2019 Share Posted June 12, 2019 I bought my Express Scribe on 7th of December 2018, and have not been able to load anything since. I've read your directions over and over and nothing works. When I had the free Express Scribe for a while I'd simply open up Express Scribe, click on Load, the Load Dictation Files box popped opened, then I'd browse to the folder on my computer where the audio was saved and clicked on it to highlight, with finally clicking Load.
