David Dahl Posted May 26, 2019 Share Posted May 26, 2019 I just purchased the Mixpad masters quarterly. I’m having a hard time getting the recording set up. I have brand new computer microsoft windows 10/64. I have a mustang 1 fender amp and fender fuse on my desktop which came along with my amp. I have all that connected to my alesis multimix4 FX interface connected to my computer with a usb cable. When I want to record a window appears saying error. I keep trying to set up the recording device using audio options and nothing seems to work I hope someone can help me with this problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What I'm having trouble with is the registration code the Mixpad registration code that they give me is 3929209-ypkzwsj that number is not working.
