Install VideoPad with license code in a second PC

Hi,

I'm writing you because of a problem about the use of "VideoPad" program. The issue is that I paid in 2016 for a license (master edition) that I have been using with my computer. However, this has become obsolete and I have bought another computer in which I want to install the program again with its license code, but I don't know if it is possible or not.

Therefore, can I use in my new (second) computer the same license code that I obtained in its day for the first one? And, in case code can not be used simultaneously in two computers, can I use the license in the second computer if I format previously the old one?

Here's a paste from a 2016 post, assuming that the facts haven't changed.  Your purchased version will run on the new PC.  You may, however, want to upgrade as many changes have been made through the years.  See if you like what's been done by installing the latest lite version.

"What restrictions apply to the license?

If the license is named as an "Installation License" the main restriction is you need to purchase one license serial number for each computer that the program runs on.

Can I move the software or reinstall the software in future?

Within reason - yes. As long as the software does not continue to run on the old computer you can install the software on a new computer.

As a piracy control measure we do limit the number of installations to 2 times in any 12 month period.

Note: we do run an anti-piracy system which can detect multiple installs. But as long as the software (with one serial number) runs on one PC at any one time, you will not have problems."
