Switch CPU core/thread usage during conversion (MBP 2018 15")

Hi NCH

When batch converting say  50 x .flac to .mp3 on my 2018 MacBook Pro 15", my 6 core CPU never gets above 100% (i.e. only one core is being used - essentially the 5 remaining cores are idle as shown in Activity Monitor, where only about 16% total CPU is shown as used).

Any plans to update switch to utilise all cores/threads please?
