WaseemKarim Posted March 6, 2019 Share Posted March 6, 2019 Hi. I recently downlaoded Express Invoice & was using an older version for a few years. Every time I edit a quote or invoice, every time I convert a quote to invoice, every time I move the lines around, the unit price disappears. This is becoming highly frustrating as I have to constantly re add prices & sometimes I look like an idiot when I sent a customer a quote or invoice with no prices. How to I resolve this? What is the version of the program you are currently using? Make sure you have the latest version: Windows: https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/eisetup.exe Mac: https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/invoicemaci.zip Before reinstalling the program, I recommend you to create a backup data file to avoid losing your information during the process. elk Posted May 29, 2019 Share Posted May 29, 2019 You may test the latest version of the program v7.04 and confirm if the issue persist, you can download it from this link: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/expressinvoice-7-04-2019-03-18.exe In case you still have issues, I would recommend you to submit a support ticket https://www.nch.com.au/support/ so the NCH technicians can take a look and find a solution for you.
