leicsgirl Posted November 26, 2018 Share Posted November 26, 2018 I am still have a problem with inaudible recordings so I cannot transcribe. The transcriptions come to me by MP3. I am not computer savvy . I have used the Express Scribe Professional version 5.35 since 2016 and have never had a problem. I don't know whether it is a problem with the software or the footpedal. Can anyone please help. It may be that I need an update but when I try to instal it, I get a message saying "Do I really want to to do this. If so save the old version". Then I am lost.
