Applied payments not showing in payments list

When looking at the payments list, some payments are not showing, however when I run a statement for the client, the payment is indicated on the statement?!


This is very confusing as to what payments have and have not been received


Any known bugs?

There is no known issue reported about this particular scenario with the payments, however, you may want to contact NCH Software support team directly to report this matter and get support through the proper channels.
