Update broke license

Been using video pad for a year now, update was installed and it knocked my license off and now it asks for a new license.

 

Any help from support?

You can reinstall the version that you bought.  The installer file will likely be found in this path:  "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\VideoPad"

From the NCH FAQ...

"Your registration and activation code will work on any fix or new version of the software released within 3 months from the date of purchase. After that you are always entitled to discounted upgrade pricing."
