kdomrose Posted October 21, 2018 Share Posted October 21, 2018 Fairly new to this software. I have customers who have a main office, with multiple locations I service. How do I set up a main billing account and individual service locations? Right now I have the main office set as billing, and have to manually enter all the individual location info in the shipto every time I create an invoice. It would be nice to be able to select the service location and it populate the billto info for the main office. Is there anyway to do what I am wanting? elk Posted October 22, 2018 Share Posted October 22, 2018 Hello, Unfortunately, the program does not offer the option to set multiple Ship-to address for the same customer, you may need to manually enter the information as you have been doing it. Gekker Posted October 23, 2018 Share Posted October 23, 2018 Express Accounts would work the same as Express invoice, only one shipping address per customer can be set, but you can edit the address while creating a new invoice without affecting the default address set in the customer's profile.
