DaleT1 Posted October 20, 2018 Share Posted October 20, 2018 When creating new invoices for existing customers, they are being marked as PAID when I record and print them. There are no payments associated with the invoice. Statements are working fine and don’t show the credit and indicate the amount of the new invoice as outstanding. Chris75 Posted October 22, 2018 Share Posted October 22, 2018 Hello DaleT1, I have tested using the latest version and I was not able to replicate the issue you reported. You may want to reinstall the program from NCH Software's page directly, test and make sure you are selecting Record and Print.
