mahneb
Hi, I have raised an invoice in Express accounts and sold an item. I had 3 items in stock and raised an invoice for 1. This should have reduced the stock by 1. However, when i look at inventoria the stock is still at 3? Any ideas?
Gekker
When you need to do reporting or check the current stock, in Express Accounts go to "Options > Inventory" make sure the location you're checking is selected and click "Update Now" then check again. mahneb
HI Gekker, i have done as you have suggested and the stock in Inventoria is still showing 3. If i raise another invoice for the same item, current stock shows 3 even though i have sold one and had an invoice to prove it. How can this be? Surely, that has to be a fundamental operation of any stock / invoicing software?
Gekker
Hello Manheb, please be aware that if you have the stock on a different location, you must select that location and click "Update Now" If you keep having issues with the synchronization enter a support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
