Kirstie Posted August 8, 2018 Share Posted August 8, 2018 I have been using Express Accounts for three years and found it great and easy to use until now. The Balance Sheet will not read and take into account all my past entries. The entries are all still accurately recorded in the journal and I can get an accurate income statement, but the Balance Sheet is not reading the data earlier than this financial year. elk Posted August 9, 2018 Share Posted August 9, 2018 Hello, I can recommend you to use the Recalculate Customer Balance option to recalculate the balances. Go to pane on the left hand side on the main Express Accounts Window, look for Transactions > recalculate customer's balance and click on it. Kirstie Posted August 10, 2018 Author Share Posted August 10, 2018 I notice that newer versions have this option but I am running v5.03 and it does not have “recalculate coustomers balances” as an option under transactions.
