starman Posted June 30, 2018 Share Posted June 30, 2018 (edited) The video is practically frozen when trying to record from live streaming, only the sound works. I may get one frame every 20 seconds. I tried updating the debut software it did nothing. The recording works properly when I try recording from a video I have on file but not live.Debut also sometime freezes when I try to close it or I try to stop debut from recording Is it a Microsoft update causing this? Chris75 Posted July 2, 2018 Share Posted July 2, 2018 Hello Starman, in this case, you may want to check if this issue happens with the recordings from different sources (streams). Also, if the frames are dropping as bad as you describe then it could be that your Internet speed or your computer's video card is not able to process that many frames per second. You may want to try using different browsers to open the stream source and stop any other program or application that may use your internet and video Card to avoid performance issues.
