Brett Brandon Posted June 30, 2018 Share Posted June 30, 2018 I downloaded and installed the free version of the software and used it for one project. Had major problems with the audio not crossfading with the video. anyway, the project is over and I try to uninstall the software and keep getting this message, "VideoPad cannot be uninstalled because it is being used by another user on this computer. Please log off other users then try again as Administrator." I am the only user on this computer and it is a Administrator account. I have tried this after a fresh boot doing nothing but going straight to the uninstall and get the same thing.... This is more aggrevating then using your software was! How do I get your software off my computer? Unfortunately, I did not create a system restore point before installing. Brett Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
