Galane
I installed Switch 6.24 on my Win 10 x64 desktop and have been converting a lot of M4A files to MP3. I also have a lot of WMA files so I moved those over to my laptop (also Win 10 x64) and downloaded and installed Switch 6.24, but somehow ended up with a beta version. It would only convert 50 files. So I uninstalled that and copied over the same installer I used on my desktop. It doesn't say Beta but it only converted 25 files. It didn't ask if I was a home or commercial user. Apparently the 6.24 Beta left something behind that is making the 6.24 final release be stuck in trialware/demo mode. How do I fix this?
Gekker
Your license can only be registered in one computer at the time, otherwise it will be blocked. You also need to have installed a version of Switch released within 6 months from the time of purchase. Try entering your registration code at "File > Register Software" or request support at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
