Don't see UNSPLIT in Menu (right click on white line)

I want to remove a split in a clip (BLACK line) and I highlighted the line (white) and right clicked and the UNSPLIT does not show on the MENU.  I know the feature exists because it worked the first time I tried it but I have not been able to reproduce the function since.  Also, is there an option to just remove all SPLITS in a TRACK (VIDEO and/OR AUDIO)?

Hi

• Place the mouse cursor on the split point. It will turn into a square bracket.(Right or left bracket doesn't matter)
• Right click.
• Select the Un-split clips option .

This option only works on one split at a time.
