Email preferences

The email preferences that I have entered into my Express Invoice program seem to stop working after a few of my invoices have been sent out.  #1 that at the very least shows me that I have entered them correctly.  #2 It then stops sending my emails and feeds me a prompt saying "Email Authorization Username or Password Not Accepted (334)".  The 334 I'm assuming is an error code.  Does anyone have this problem and if so can it be fixed?
