davetr Posted April 1, 2018 Share Posted April 1, 2018 hello all, i installed the software 4 days ago, to control a 14 yr old user.{time restrictions}, since then using his,user account , he has somehow disabled administrator access to the verity control panel. verity opens but will not load. how do i resolve this issue? and isolate the verity install from further intrusions by a child user? thank you for any reply you may have. Telephony Posted April 2, 2018 Share Posted April 2, 2018 Hi, Possibly, this happened because they terminated the process from the Windows Task manager... When setting Verity, during the Wizard option → Monitoring Settings → you need to check mark "Add Task Manager as a prohibid program for all users" box.
