Nicoll82 Posted February 27, 2018 Share Posted February 27, 2018 I am currently using Express Scribe (and loving it!) for audio files and manually transcribing the files. I just started using the Speech To Text feature but it is horribly inaccurate. How do I train it to be more accurate? Can I or do I need another program?? I am not the one dictating so they are audio files, is this even possible? Any help or guidance would be much appreciated! Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
CindyK Posted February 28, 2019 Share Posted February 28, 2019 I have heard that in situations where the recording is multiple voices even in more sophisticated software such Dragon that it struggles with accuracy because you have two different voices going between the two.
